  Staff and service exceptional. Polite, helpful and always smiling. Manager hands on. Very well run hotel and good value for money.

  There is also a bus station near the hotel. You should now that this is a hotel for families: So you shouldn't mind families with (small) children.

  Great service, clean, nice rooms, great food, but most importantly: The beach is amazing (and the ocean is - at least for my taste - not cold). Food is indeed excellent.

  My Room (Double bed with sea view and Halfboard) was always clean and tidy. The staff is very kind and the food is delicious. But sometimes in the dining hall there were birds and birdsh*t on the chairs, also the plates weren't 100% clean all the time. In winter season, the outdoor pool is closed and the usage of the indoor pool is expensive.

  Super friendly and good team. Hotel is 70's style build... so small rooms and the original brick arche is still in the room. Now painted white....to make it look more modern. When rain comes roofs start leaking in lobby and hallway. Indoor swimming pool is not free!Although restaurant is high level (for sure one of the better all incl restaurants) one third of our group had food poisoning. Next to golf course and regular shuttle from 8.00 in the morning.

  I can think only of two things that could be better: The bed (the double bed consists of two separate one with wheels that make quite loud sounds) and there could be more shadow in the pool area (as at the IBEROSTAR Costa del Sol hotel).
